It was a family affair today :)

Firstly Razi - WOODBRIAR FIX UP LOOK SHARP won 1st Limit and Best Puppy in Breed

Fiji - WOODBRIAR FIRE FLY ShCM won Open and Best of Breed - thanks to judge Elias Vorrias.

Fiji then went on to win GROUP 2 and Razi won PUPPY GROUP 1 many thanks to judge Maria Chalk 

Today at Gillingham & Shaftesbury under Darren Clarke...

Louie - CH WOODBRIAR LUCIANO JW ShCM won 1st Open, Best of Breed and Group 1!!

Razi - Woodbriar Fix Up Look Sharp won 2nd Open, Reserve Best of Breed, Best Puppy in Breed and Puppy Group 2 :) 

Again this is another favourite of ours.  It's Debbie's birthday on the 4th so we also celebrate here with a picnic and cake.  The weather was good to us most of the day with only the odd shower.

Firstly the breed results:

• Razi - WOODBRIAR FIX UP LOOK SHARP - 1st Post Graduate & Best Puppy in Breed
• Lola - WOODBRIAR WILD AS THE WIND JW SHCM - 2nd Limit
• Fiji - WOODBRIAR FIRE FLY SHCM - 1st Open & Best in Breed
• Louie - CH WOODBRIAR LUCIANO JW SHCM - 2nd Open

Our group judge was Mrs JAnet Alford who awarded Fiji WORKING GROUP 1 and her son Razi PUPPY GROUP 2!!!

Fiji then pulled out all the stops to win BEST IN SHOW under our third judge of the day Mrs Shelia Jakeman.  Huge thank you to all judge who though so highly of our dogs :)

Louie also won 2nd in the Open Stakes thanks to judge Derek Allsop :)

This show is held in the ground of Dunster Castle and in conjunction with the Dunster Fair.  As always we had a lovely day with friends in beautiful surroundings. 

Razi - WOODBRIAR FIX UP LOOK SHARP - was 2nd in Graduate, Lola - WOODBRIAR WILD AS THE WIND JW SHCM - was 2nd in Open and Louie - CH WOODBRIAR LUCIANO JW SHCM - was 1st Open and BEST OF BREED.  Thank you to judge Stephen Atkinson.

Today our judge did not turn up, Edward Forsey took over our breed judging.  Razi - WOODBRIAR FIX UP LOOK SHARP - won Open, BEST OF BREED AND BEST PUPPY IN BREED!  Huge thank you to our judge.

​Razi then went on to win WORKING GROUP 3 and PUPPY GROUP 2 under judge Francis Khrall. 

Yet again a well organised show, large rings and hard working committee.  It's lovely to see the livestock as well.  This is the largest one day agricultural show in the UK.

Today Razi - WOODBRIAR FIX UP LOOK SHARP - won Limit and Louie - CH WOODBRIAR LUCIANO JW SHCM - won Open.  Louie took Best of Breed and Razi Best Puppy in Breed.

The boys changed places today with Louie winning WORKING GROUP 2 and Razi winning PUPPY GROUP 1 (his 5th puppy group)  Thank you to our judge Mr J Bond.

Razi then pulled out all the stops and won BEST PUPPY IN SHOW!!!  Huge thank you to judge Karen Gillard for thinking so highly of him

Yet another fabulous day at Liskeard's show.  We always enjoy this show, good atmosphere and friendly committee.  

First off in the breed classes, Lola - WOODBRIAR WILD AS THE WIND JW SHCM - won Limit.  Louie - CH WOODBRIAR LUCIANO JW SHCM won Open with his sister, Fiji - WOODBRIAR FIRE FLY SHCM coming second.  Louie then went on to win Best of Breed and Lola was Reserve Best of Breed.  Many thanks to breed judge Doug Bedford.

Razi - WOODBRIAR FIX UP LOOK SHARP - won 1st AV Working Puppy. 

Louie then went on to win WORKING GROUP 1 ad Razi won WORKING PUPPY GROUP 2!!  Many thanks to our judge Bridget Bodle.

Louie wasn't done there - he then went on to win the CHAMPION STAKES AND RESERVE BEST IN SHOW!!! 

Razi also wasn't done there and picked up 3rd in the Puppy Stakes under Michael Blay and a very respectable 3rd in the Graduate stakes under Barry Blunden.

Today it was Liskeard Agricultural Show were Luxstowe Vets have a marquee.  Tanya went along with Dean to help out on the tombola to raise money for the PDSA.   Alan came in and was undoubtedly the star of the show.  We raised hundred of pounds for the PDSA :)

There was a companion show so Razi - WOODBRIAR FIX UP LOOK SHARP - went in for a bit of practice and came away with BEST IN SHOW AND BEST PUPPY IN SHOW!!!  Fiji and Alan also had fun in the novelty classes in Best unmatched pair :) 

We spent a lovely day at the show today, great outside ring space and we could hear Glastonbry Festival in the distance :) Razi - WOODBRIAR FIX UP LOOK SHARP - was 2nd to his half sister Dieta - Jojavik Kissy Suzuki who went onto win Best Puppy in Breed and Working Puppy Group 1!  Huge well done to Roger and Rob and of course the beautiful Dieta.

Louie - CH WOODBRIAR LUCIANO JW SHCM - was 1st in Open, Best of Breed and WORKING GROUP 2!!!  Thanks to our judge Heather Watkins :)

Well... We had a bit of a disaster on the journey up...  We were stuck on the M5 for nearly 3 hours due to an accident and then were only 30 minutes away from the hotel when the car lost power.  We managed to coast into a service station and had to call the RAC - the water pump had died :( luckily we had a night in shining armour who goes by the name of Josh who picked us up and took us to our hotel and drove us to the show in the morning.

Razi - WOODBRIAR FIX UP LOOK SHARP - won 1st Minor Puppy Dog, 2nd Maiden Dog and 3rd Novice Dog, only beaten by his half brother Jojavik James Bond for Best Puppy Dog :) many thanks to our judge, breed specialist Billy Henderson.
