Mike Stansbury
Mike was brought up with a Border Collie and a variety of animals. Mike attended Plymouth College of Further Education achieving his City & Guilds as a Motor Vehicle Technician. He then went on to gain National Craftsman and then studied further to gain his teaching qualifications. He runs his own successful business within the motor industry.

Debbie Stansbury
Debbie was brought up with a Border Collie, a Yellow Labrador and again a variety of animals. Debbie always had a love of horses and used to ride cross country, also riding side saddle and started show jumping. Debbie attended Plymouth College of Further Education training as a Personal Secretary. She worked in this field for a while before re-training, gaining her City & Guilds and working within the Social Services network. Debbie also assists with the rescue of Swans in distress.

Debbie is a Kennel Club approved judge of Dobermann at Championship level and has awarded Challenge Certificates to both sexes of Dobermann in all four of the home countries. She is also approved by the Kennel Club to award Challenge Certificates for Groenendael and Tervueren. She is on numerous judging lists within the Working & Pastoral groups.
Debbie is a founder member of the South West Working & Pastoral Association having been Treasurer for 10 years in the past.
Debbie is a founder member of the South West Dobermann Club and in the past has served as a Committee member, Treasurer and Secretary spanning approx 20 years. Debbie is an Accredited Kennel Club Trainer and a member of the Kennel Club.

Tanya Pilgrim
Tanya is Debbie and Mike's daughter. Now married and living with her husband Dean. She visits her mum and dad's dog daily. As a child she used to handle Finn but now enjoys showing the Dobermanns.

Tanya has had a handful of Dobermann appointments and passed her Dobermann Specific Written Test. She has also judged the Working and Pastoral Groups at Limit Show level. She has recently attended a Boxer breed seminar and passed at A2 hands on assessment. Tanya also has her City and Guilds Level 2 qualification in Dog Grooming.
